Since environmental testing is routinely done at different temperatures, select a sensor that will operate within the required temperature band. In addition to our general operation temperature range of –65°F to 250°F (-54°C to 121°C) Most sensor distributors offer high-temperature sensors that will operate at up to 485°F (250°C) and cryogenic sensors that will perform down to –320°F (-196°C).
