D.L.S. Conformity Assessment, Inc. (DLSCA) is housed in the same facilities with D.L.S. Electronic systems, Inc. in Wheeling, IL. Their laboratory is located on the upper level of the building and is outfitted with a large array of calibrated test equipment. DLSCA creates unique test setups to meet various safety-specific compliance needs.

Power at the testing facility is available for all domestic and international requirements up to and including 480 volts, 3-phase, 100 amps @ 60 Hertz and 400 volts, 3-phase, 100A.

DC power is available up to and including 100 volts, 28 amps and 60 volts, 80 amps.

DLSCA can perform a wide range of temperature and humidity exposures with their 32 cubic ft. environmental chamber. The programmable controller and software monitoring system also allows them to log temperature and humidity data and perform other tests such as thermal or humidity cycling, mold stress relief and ball pressure.

A library of regulatory and reference standards (UL, CSA, IEC, EN and others) is kept current with the latest editions and revisions.
