Sencore's SLM1453 signal level meter is a handheld analog/digital signal level meter and analyzer, model SLM1453, provides signal level measurements of off-air and cable television channels 2 to 136 (5 to 870 MHz). It measures digital QAM64, QAM256, cable channels, and 8-VSB digital off-air channels for level, emulated bit-error rate, and digital flatness. A MUX analysis provides a digital channel quality indication of performance.
