Three Terminal Chip Arrays

The SA series arrays from Spectrum Control incorporate four 3 terminal chips in one compact footprint. The SA series arrays are structured to minimize the residual inductance ensuring large insertion loss in the wide band. The arrays are non-polar and surface mountable with excellent performance characteristics. Applications include cellular phones and base stations, automotive electronic equipment and, computer and peripheral equipment.




* Available in standard EIA1206 / EIAJ3216 size
* Packaged in tape and reel or bulk form
* Operating temperature range of –55°C to +125°C
