The Three Terminal SF series from Spectrum Control chips offer excellent performance in high current applications and are available up to 2 Amp rating. The SF series construction ensures superb ability to withstand transient voltages and surges. The chips are non-polar and surface mountable with excellent performance characteristics. Applications include cellular phones and base stations, industrial electronic interface or programmable controllers, automotive electronic equipment and, computer and peripheral equipment.

* Available in standard EIA/EIAJ chip sizes
* Packaged in tape and reel or bulk form
* Operating temperature range of –55°C to +125°C
