When choosing a cleanroom installer look for a company that offers products that are designed and detailed for ease of installation and functionality, while maintaining modular flexibility. Whether you are adding-on, modifying an existing facility, or creating a new facility, the proper wall system and materials should be available to suit your specific application.
Look for a clean-room construction contractor that offers:
- Modular Field Assembly ("modular" meaning most clean-room components are made in a factory, as opposed to on-site, assuring precision and quality control)
- Modular Preassembly
- Softwall Construction
- Common Hard Wall Construction
All the clean-room contractor's (installer's) materials and assemblies should be evaluated according to code and regulatory compliance, acoustical and thermal performance, as well as chemical and abrasion resistance.
The installation crews should offer on-site support during construction that brings “Turn-Key” experience to your project.
The installation crew should offer complete installation for modular and conventional construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems, standard and access flooring, plus clean-room testing and certification. The installer should be a state-licensed contractor -- this adds security and protection of your project. |
