Here's a complete system for isolating work at any free-standing station -- the vendor custom designs every softwall cleanroom to fit your needs. Softwall cleanrooms are versitile, fully customizable, and extremely portable.



Features include:

Sizes 4'x4' to 30'x30' in all dimensions--
Class 100 to Class 100,000--

Frame-Prefabricated, white painted tubular steel frame
Leg-At the bottom of each leg there shall be a standard closure plate
Ceiling System-Ceiling system consists of painted 2" and/or 3" support beams, 1" perimeter wall angle and 2" structural clear satin anodized aluminum T-Grid. Supplied closed cell PVC gasket to be field installed to the load carrying flanges of ceiling system to minimize leaks
Curtain-Softwall Clean Room to be enclosed on four sides with clear vinyl 16 mil curtain panels with length appropriate to size and classification. Velcro sewn into tops of sides for attaching to frame
Access Door-Standard access to the clean room shall be via 3 Ft. strip door consisting of 8" 80 mil clear vinyl strips overlapping 2". A mounting bar is welded to a top rail for attaching strip on site. All hardware included. The location of door shall be determined at time of order
Interior Height-Standard interior height of room shall be 8'
Lighting-Lighting shall be nominal 2'x4' airtight, flush mounted, four lamp fluorescent fixtures with rapid start, energy efficient T12 ballasts. Removable lens will facilitate lamp replacement from below ceiling. Fluorescent lamp tubes not included
Ceiling Blanks-Ceiling spaces not occupied by filter modules or light fixtures shall contain nominal 2'x4'x1/2" thick gypsum board with white vinyl laminated on one side. The panels shall be heavy enough to continuously compress the PVC gasket on the ceiling T-Grid system
Filter Modules-Ceiling filter modules shall be of the self-contained type. The final filter shall be a nominal 3" thick media pack with a minimum efficiency rating of 99.99% on all particles @ .3 microns or larger. The prefilter shall be of the disposable type. Each module shall be a nominal 2'x2', 2'x4' or 2'x6'. Air flow shall be set at 90 fpm +- 10% as measured approximately 6" from filter face
Electrical-Electrical connections to the building power source to be done on site by a qualified electrician at buyer's cost
Assembly-Units shall be knocked down for shipment. Detailed assembly instructions included with shipment
