What are the "Components" of Effective and Robust Clean Room Construction?

Here are some basics...

- Incorporated HVAC Systems (HVAC = heating, ventilation, air cond.)
- Process Utility Systems
- Architectural Systems
- Cleanroom Construction Protocol
- Process Exhaust Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Structural Systems

Certifications: Federal Std. 209E and ISO 14644.
