Essential for: digital, high power, high frequency ( DC, RF, microwave to 40 GHz), devices, modules, assemblies.

At Temperatures from -60° to +160°C with DUT Temperature Control at the device case assuring thermal precision. High capacity ThermoStream
(-80°/+225°C) or other thermal airstream system connects directly to the ThermoFixture as the thermal air source. In a Moisture-free Environment, noise-free, ESD-free air in the localized thermal test enclosure provides optimal test conditions.

Interface to Your Tester or any major ATE tester or rack & stack test system. Complete tester interface includes mechanical and electrical interface fixturing and electronics ensuring true and accurate test signals to and from the DUT at temperature for a Turn-key Thermal Test System
