Explosive Decompression Testing ...
You’ve seen it in sci-fi outer space movies. But Explosive Decompression is very much with us and important in the real world.

A lab facility may use a 10-ft diameter by 20-ft long altitude environmental testing chamber as the accumulator – in this chamber engineers can create a wide range of rapid decompression scenarios. That large volume of the chamber combined with several vacuum pumps allow a large array of possibilities when the decompression occurs.
