Curtis Industries -- creators of high-quality EMC filters, EMI filters -- has recently introduced DC filters designed to satisfy agency compliance requirements established for the latest versions of UL/EN 60950. The FD Series is recognized by UL, cUL and TUV, hence allowing availability of fully-compliant filters to meet the requirements set forth by related applications.
The filter above measures 3.5X4.25X1.37.
The filter above comes in three distinct mechanical packages with operating voltages of -80 VDC and current up to 100A. The compact design performs at an industry high when filtering in the 10KHz - 30MHz spectrum while exceeding the stringent NEBS requirements necessary in the Telecommunication Industry. Terminating options on the load and line sides offer the flexibility to incorporate such features as double stud terminals, wire leads, plus designs featuring circuit breaker options.
