Here's a description of this course offered by the Vibration Institute Course:

This course provides an opportunity for registrants to examine the excitation-reducing techniques used to correct and control vibrations in rotating machines. Participants will need scientific calculators for the balancing exercises. This course will help you prepare for the Category IV Vibration Analyst Examination. Participants in the RDB course receive free basic rotor software VIB.
